Xenical

xenicalXenical is a medicine containing an active substance called orlistat. Xenical is a drug against obesity. It does not reduce theĀ  appetite. May reduce body weight by 10 percent without having serious side effects. Reduce lipid absorption by 30%.   • Contraindications

You should not use Xenical if you have: chronic malabsorption syndrome (poor absorption of nutrients from the digestive tract), cholestasis (liver disorder), known allergy to orlistat or any of the components in the capsules. Should not nurse while taking Xenical. Xenical is not recommended during pregnancy. Xenical is not intended for use in children.

  • Side effects

Along with therapeutic effects, a medicine may cause unwanted effects. Let your doctor or pharmacist as soon as you will not feel well while using Xenical. Most adverse effects related to the use of Xenical is due to local action on the digestive system. They usually are: the need for extended or emergency chair, flatulenta (gas) with the elimination of bloating, eliminate oily or fatty or oily stools. These symptoms are generally mild, occur at the beginning of treatment, disappearing after a while and produce especially after meals with a fat content increased.
